Steaks Eatery in Jackson

Me and my husband went there for sweetest day. We had the biggest top sirloin steak we ever seen. It was so good. You don't need steak sauce or ketchup or anything on it. The sides were excellent. The broccoli and smashed potatoes were so good. The potatoes being redskin smashed potatoes were not like the normal mashed potatoes. The waitress was really good. She was helpful and very polite. I can wait to go back.

Food was good, service was terrible. Our waitress never came back to our table until she produced the bill. We had to ask other waitresses/staff for refills.

No nonsense restaurant, excellent waitress in Mary pat, and the food was cooked to everyone's specifications. Our only sadness was that we didn't leave room for dessert! It looked awesome the Carmel brownie will be first on my list next time!!!

My filet mignon was great, but my uncle's ribeye was fatty.

The food is consistently excellent. They can accommodate large groups. The menu has a huge variety. Prices are reasonable and the service staff are speedy, accurate and friendly.

First time there got the prime rib and it was tough and so was my grand daughters sirloin

Loved Steaks Eatery. Sierra did an amazing job and was very on top of everything even though we got there 45 minutes before they closed. The food came out hot and quickly. The steaks and prices were amazing. Couldnt have asked for a better experience!

Party of 7. Waited around 30 minutes. Waitress was very friendly and efficient. Food was very good. Value for $$ very high. BBQ a family favorite.

Stopped in there for no reason and fell in love with the place. The wait to get seated was sort of long, and I can see why. It was worth it. Got the Tennessee Bourbon ribs. Fell right off the bone Highly recommend it.

I can't tell you how amazing this place is. We had to make a trip to Jaskson College and found this gem. They aren't joking when they say they have great steaks!! These steaks are huge and so flavorful. So many options. It's great for family or dining alone. Reasonable prices. Personally, I think the could charge more for the steaks. 10/10.

Best, biggest everything! From the steaks to the chicken, pork chops and ham steaks. After eating here you'll never go back to any other steak place, promise.

Overall a great place to eat! I bring customers here and always have a great lunch! Service is awesome and everything is so good on their menu! My favorite is the smothered chicken!

If you don't get in early, you might be waiting a while for a table! For good reason though, the food is outstanding and the atmosphere is very nice. I have 0 complaints out of all the times I've been here!

Waitress was wonderful, my prime rib was chewy. Rest of food was great. I will definitely go back, but I will stay away from the prime rib.

The food was ok. A lot of fat on my steak. But the worst part was the wait to be seated. They couldn't give me an estimate on time, but said it shouldn't be a long wait. After an hour and people that came in after me being seated i went to ask and was told i was next on the list. We waited another 30 minutes to be seated. Never go there again.

The meat is quality and the staff is friendly, but everything else left quite a bit to be desired. I don't regret going but I don't think that I will be back.

I had the hot pot roast dinner very tinder and a great taste. Food came out quickly for a lunch hour rush.Would recommend if you haven't tried this restaurant you should. 😊

Awesome steaks! We stopped in late but the food was great. Sierra was our server. She did a good job making sure everything was ok and kept our drinks full. She even offered dessert and containers. I will go back someday for sure.

So this place has amazing food! I ordered an appetizer and wow, crazy delicious. I got a steak and fries and the steak was cooked perfect. Must stop place in Jackson

We were seated immediately which was nice. Service was on top of everything for the most part. They were all out of sirloin steaks by 8pm which were on special but I’d expect them to have plenty. The food was okay but nothing amazing. It could have been an off night I suppose.

Best food value in Jackson. Not high priced, but awesome food. It's a casual dining place, but also can offer some private rooms for small gatherings.

I was invited out to dinner with friends who live in Jackson. I travel for work frequently and I will definitely be back when I’m in the area. Service and food was top notch. Word of the wise get there early because I have been told that they have been known for some pretty long waits for a table. After enjoying dinner I can honestly see why. This local establishment far surpasses my expectations.

Great place to take a parent or grandparent. The menu and the food is too diverse and the dishes reflect it. Maybe a better lunch than a dinner. Definitely a place for reminiscing.

Best place for home cooked food and variety!

Food is always delicious and plentiful...prices are affordable...servers are personable...BUT tonite we ordered the Wednesday special...Spaghetti and Meatballs.... We recieved our salads promptly with in minutes after ordering...45 minutes later our spaghetti was served. Not acceptable. Thats why I rated it 3 stars instead of 5.

Not to often can you go to a steakhouse and get good seafood too but at steaks eatery the have the best of both!!! Good ribs and chicken too.. All the food is awesome there...

Let alone A steak be SO remarkably good, tender and, juicy, but then to slowly cook to literal perfection just took it over the top to secure the spot as one of my favorite steaks I've eaten in my life. What a meal! Thank y'all so much! It was a flawless experience!

Always have had a great dinner from here, portions are huge for cheap. Great cuts of meat.

Sirloin tips were delicious. Fries were good but needed salt. Salad and free bread was good. Place looks a little old fashioned with wood paneling and drop ceiling. Lot's of elderly people on a Friday lunch. Country music. Good price less than 10 bucks, 12 with tip and it filled me up.

The steaks are definitely amazing, customer service was excellent, but the restrooms leave a lot to be desired. I went on what looked like a pretty slow Saturday night for a steakhouse at what is typically a strong dinner rush anywhere else. The bathroom looked like it hadn't been touched all week. Empty soap dispensers, empty paper towels, and I'll spare you readers the rest. Definitely not acceptable, especially if business is slow. The steaks are definitely worth the asking price, as is the service, but the upkeep does not reflect the standards to meet them. I would go again, perhaps once they address the restroom situation.

Best meal & service in Jackson! The quality of the food is the unbelievable. Large portions & yummy bread served. To go orders are correct and as good as if we dined in. We purchased our Christmas dinner from Steaks, it was AMAZING! We were able to heat & eat, and ENJOY the holiday with our family, not stuck in the kitchen.

There is a reason this place is always busy... That speaks for itself!!!You have eat there to find out..GREAT FOOD!!GREAT PEOPLE!!IF YOU GO THERE WITH HIGH EXPECTATIONS YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!

Not the best visit. There was four of us and the only thing that came out together was our drinks. Everything else was scattered or cooked wrong. They fixed the mistakes quickly though.

Our group of 14 was easily accomodated in a separate room which we shared with another large party. Service was excellent, food was delicious. This was our second time there and probably won't be the last.

Better than Texas Roadhouse any day. Also lot better prices
